3 Circuit Bikini Prep Workout!

Start now and have your fitness goals achieved when bikini time arrives!

Warm up with 5 – 10 minutes of cardio then repeat these circuits 3 times each. Cool thing about this workout is that you will not need any equipment! This utilizes your own body weight which provides more than enough resistance. Do the moves slowly. Focus on your form and keep your core tight. Remember to breathe, and make modifications if necessary. Now go have some fun!
