Get It Done: Body Weight Workout

You can do this workout anywhere – so, Get It Done, you have no excuse not to!

You want to start off with a quick cardio routine to get your body warmed up.
How about air jump ropes, jumping jacks, high knees, burpees and mountain climbers. Do each move for 60 seconds. Repeat two times. Then start the circuit.
