The Hindu pushup is a great exercise to strengthen and condition the whole upper body, when done properly, as well as, strengthen and improve mobility through the hips, torso and shoulders!
What attracts us most to Hindu push-ups is the fact that they aren’t easy to do. They aren’t the hardest exercise either, but incorporating these into your workout is a great way to keep your body challenged and versatile. We all get bored every now and then doing the same exact exercises day in and day out… our bodies get bored too.
