10 Minutes to Stronger Abs & Obliques

Who doesn’t want a toned mid section? We all do. The thing when doing abs (and I am guilty of this) is that alot of the time we are not doing the move properly. We are either phoning it in, not focusing on the actual movement or really just not understanding the basic mechanics of the move. The other thing is that core work is best done slowly. Don’t speed through the movements. Slow it down – Way down and you will not only feel it, you will start to notice the results.
