I am on a quest to have flat or flatter more toned abs. I was looking a the Tone it Up Girls book over the weekend – after I’d had a few margaritas – Never a good idea by they way – and decided that I am going to add some extra abs to each workout and really tighten up my eating. It’s a test to see if the extra burn and cleaner eating will have an impact on my abs. We shall see! Let me know if this works for you.
