Keeping yourself hydrated during hot weather is essential. Proper hydration can help you to avoid health risks such as heat strokes and exhaustion. 1. Before You Feel Thirsty, Drink!
Health experts suggest you continuously drink fluids even before you begin to feel thirsty. Once you become thirsty,, it’s too late! You are already dehydrated. Plan your fluids first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to start your day. Good habits create better living.

They are tasty, but sugary drinks bring with them extra empty calories and undermine your goal of better health. Stop and think about the extra calories consumed during the hot weather months, they add up! Write down time increments or set your phone to peep at specific hours in the day. All of those water containers you have lying around the house, fill them and label them with times they are to be consumed. Labeling is a super way to keep you on schedule with your hydration.
