No one wants to spend hours working out. The best way to maximize your results and your time is to give 100% – easier said than done. The HIIT training (high intensity interval training) revolution, the “give it 100%” becomes doable. Your average HIIT class or routine is rarely more than 20 minutes. You will be giving it your all for say, 1 minute, with a short reprieve before heading into the next move. This type of workout forces you to bring what you’ve got to the table. I find them to be extremely effective!
