zucchini-lasagna-rolls-2

Look how beautiful this looks – and it’s delicious!

Enjoy lasagna with zucchini substituted for pasta! Whenever I do variations on sinful meals – I try to add as much flavor as possible while keeping it healthy. Fresh basil or other fresh herbs in whatever you are preparing can help with this. I also lower the fat in the mozzarella – cause you still want the cheesy, decadent-ness…is that a word? You know what I mean! You can also make this vegetarian by omitting the sausage – your call. Let me know what you think!
