This is an intense one!
You are going to get a great variety of moves here. The great part of HIIT training is that it’s quick then you get a little breather. Training in this format forces your body to change. You’re forced to up the effort – and thus your strength increases, you build endurance and you get closer to your fitness goals! This an extremely challenging routine. Remember to modify if needed, and sit one out if you need to.
