Plank Press Up – Proper Form

This is a super challenging move. Think of it as your ramped up plank. You are going to be using your shoulders big time. The trick is to try and keep you hips squared to the ground. You will be able to do this by engaging your core super tight. You’ll start in plank with arms straight then move into elbow plank. Alternate which side you start with as you do this move. This will tone your upper arms and abs in no time!

I find myself wanting to sway a bit to help myself get back up to straight arms. It’s a tough move. Remember as always to keep your shoulders away from your ears and keep your gaze slightly above the end of your mat.
