20 Minute Cardio with No Running!

Somedays you may want a cardio blast that doesn’t involve running. Running is great for you, I tend to think running every day may not be the best – for me that is. I like to mix it up, then when I return to running after a day off, my performance is so much better! This is a great heart pumping cardio workout that includes full body strength moves too!

Here is what you will be doing:

Cardio Circuit 1: Quick Skips, Gate Swings & Jumping Jacks. (You will do this 4x)
Strength Circuit 1: Squat Touch + Turn Jump, Plank Jacks, Twisted Break Dancer. (Do this 2x)
Strength Circuit 2:Quick Burpees, Lunge Climbers, Push Up + Down Dog. (Do this 2x)
Cool Down
