Targeting your thighs here! You will feel the burn almost immediately. Celebrity yoga and pilates instructor Kristin McGee has created a super short, supremely effective routine to tone and shape your thighs. A lot of these moves sound familiar, they are ballet inspired moves that are done here in a mat pilates fashion. You will be hitting your tush too. These moves are incredibly challenging. The Pretzel Lifts were the toughest for me. Some of the moves you will be doing are: Dégagés, Passés, and Arabesque Kicks to name a few. Let us know if you feel it tomorrow!
