This is an advanced tabata blast! You will need a smaller set of dumbbells – say, 3 pounds. You will be finished in a mere 15 minutes!
The routine is: 20 seconds on 10 seconds off … 8 circuits.
The moves are some you may have never seen before – I hadn’t! My quads were on fire after the first minute. This is a full body scorcher. So, grab your water, towel and mat and have some fun with this!
