When it’s all said and done this workout is 20 minutes in total! That is so fast! I have been doing more and more of this type of workout lately and I have 100% noticed a difference in my strength. I have also noticed a change – for the better – in my body composition. I can see the muscles and the number on the scale has dropped. Former areas that were a bit squishy are tightening up and I owe it to this type of training.
HIIT workouts are designed for you to give it your ALL in short bursts. Your body has to react, respond and adjust on the fly. Have fun and watch your body transform.
Here are the moves. You will do each of the 5 below 4 times. You’ll do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of high knees.
1) Pushback Pushup
2) Box Jump Burpees
3) Mountain Climber Pushups
4) Pike Jumps
5) Leg Drop & Reach
