Beginner Core Builder Yoga Style

Yoga is a sure fire way to strengthen your entire body. One of my closest friends decided to become a yoga instructor a about 7 years ago. We lived together during her teacher training program and I could see her transforming into more of a yogi everyday. She ended up moving out of state 3 years ago, and began teaching 5 days a week. Her body has completely changed. She is so incredibly strong and toned, its unbelievable. Seriously, amazing!

I find it difficult to commit to a yoga program. I enjoy more high intensity workouts. I am making an effort to incorporate more yoga into my routines, I figured you all should start with me! Tara Stiles is a super chill gal, and someone that I can follow in a yoga series. I hope you like this one!
