1,000 Calorie Workout Challenge

The year is coming to an end and you probably ate more than you wanted and didn’t workout as often as you wanted this holiday season. Now’s your chance to finish off the year strong with by burning through 1,000 calories in a single workout.

This challenge may not make up for all the pumpkin pie and other goodies, but it’s a great way to finish up the year and then put you on a path to start the new year off right!
