There is no way to spot train as we all know. The best way to get toned and strong is to adjust your diet and get your fitness in. We recommend working out 4-6 times a week combining both cardio and strength movements. Keeping track of all you consume along with your workout caloric burns are the way to hit your goals and stay on target. This is a super short routine, only 7 minutes – you will need a resistance band. These types of bands are great cause you can take them anywhere, meaning, No Excuses. Have Fun@
