Meal Prep for Fat Loss!

Be prepared! That is one of the most important things you can do to hit your weight loss goals. You will be good to go for the week if you decide to take the time to prep all of your meal components. I like to marinate chicken over the weekend, and cook it up on Sunday – that way I can have it in a salad, chopped as a snack or for dinner in minutes. I chop all of my more firm vegetable too. I keep the fridge organized so that I can see all of my bounty and can easily piece together food to take with me. Give it a try and see success sooner.
