Tips to Reduce Cellulite

Ugh…. the dreaded cellulite. We all have it, well, most of us that is. Cellulite is fat trapped under the skin, with untoned muscle underneath. The key to helping to remove cellulite is to eat clean, tone muscles and burn fat! There are a few specific moves you can do that will help to tone, the food component is something you can do easy breezy. Keep healthy filling real food on hand and be sure to measure out appropriate portion sizes.

 

Here are the moves:

Shoot for 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each of these exercises. There are three variations for each exercise, beginner, intermediate and advanced:

1) Glute Kickbacks — This is a great exercise to tone up the butt and also works the standing leg.
2) Hip Thruster — This exercise works the glute muscles as well as the low back and hamstrings.
3) Hamstring Curls with Band — A great alternative to the hamstring curl machine at the gym.
