This is a full body tone and sculpt routine. I absolutely love the shorter workout options that we have in this day and age. I want to get it done and be on my way. If you are present during the workout and are focusing you are more effective that going to a 45 or 60 minute class where your mind wanders off. Make the most of these 21 minutes!
