Looking for a super fun way to burn some calories? We’ve got a really fun kickboxing inspired workout for you. If you’ve never tried this type of workout, don’t be worried, anyone can do this! You will be surprised at how challenging these type of workouts can be. You will almost immediately feel it in your arms – seriously, these boxing moves are some of the best ways for you to tone, sculpt and strengthen you upper body. This routine is also an awesome way to target your core. You need to have your core engaged all the time as you are executing your punches, this provides the stability you will need as you twist and turn with power.
If you like this type of workout, snoop around your neighborhood for a group kickboxing/boxing class. Attending a few of these classes can help you with proper form and execution if you are just getting started. I go to a group boxing class every Friday and have seen my technique improve along with my body awareness. I have also noticed my arms are becoming more toned and shapely! Have fun with this!
