This is a great one that targets your entire core. A few new moves here which I am always a fan of too. There are so many different ab/core moves out there. It’s great to mix it up. Changing up the workouts and the exact movements you do will have you seeing results quicker. Remember to breathe and give these your all. Be sure to keep your lower back pressed into the ground and breathe. 🙂

Single Knee Raise Crunch
Wide Toe Touches
Plank with Side Plank
