Cardio & Dieting vs. Smart Training and Eating?

I love this video. Kelli from Fitness Blender is opening up about her journey over the past few years and how her body and mind have changed. I hope you will take the time to listen to this, and to her longer video that is coming out. She is spot on. Too many women I know are cardio and diet obsessed and they aren’t hitting their goals. It may be scary to shake up the routine – even though it isn’t working, but in so doing often you will see success. Trade in some of the hour long cardio sessions for intense strength workouts.
