You don’t need gloves, wraps, a heavy bag or even an opponent for this type of kickboxing. These are intense, fast and precise moves. You will feel the burn in your shoulders, tush, core, quads and hamstrings! Remember to breathe and engage your core when you are kicking. Try not to lean back too much. I love this type of workout, it helps to me to get out any frustration on pent up feelings I may be having. I think of it as a form of therapy – different than going for a long run or yoga. Have fun with this one!
