This literally the best idea! Everyone knows I love pizza – I make healthy versions at home at least 3 times a week – here are a few of mine that I’ve shared with you over the past year – Susy’s pizzas! That said, I also love Mexican food. This recipe is a genius way to enjoy both at the same time! I would probably do less beans and even make my own black bean mash to put in the middle – and I would also have some guacamole on the side to really hit this one out of the park! Enjoy!
