This video seems like there is no way it could be a tough routine. Well, looks can be deceiving. My arms were on fire. This goes to show you that you don’t always needs weights to get that burn. Extending your arms, squeezing your core and focusing on keeping your shoulders down can prove incredibly effective in the quest to eliminate arm wiggle, or jiggle or whatever you call it.
