The 15 Plyometric HIIT Workout

I’m all about equipment, but being able to get an awesome fat burning workout in without the machines and treadmills is always a great idea! The fact is, not everyone goes to the gym or even likes working out around other people. I completely understand and that’s why I’ve found this fantastic plyometric workout from trainer Melissa Bender. Bender employs plyometric exercises that are low impact and use your  bodyweight to tailor the workout to your individual abilities. There is the option to use a jumprope with one of the moves, but it is not necessary, you can sub the rope for simple bunny hops or jump squats. This 15 minute workout is great for fat burning and pushing yourself to the limit in a short, but effectively used amount of time.
