Focusing on your moves on your waist, and combining them with cardio, will slim and thin your waistline – aka muffin top. I have to be honest, I am not a fan of that name, muffin top. It’s descriptive and we all cringe a bit when we hear it, so maybe that encourages us to work a little bit harder? I think it works for me in that way.
Working your muffin top away is really about working your core, and I am a fan of that! You’ve got a lot of great moves coming up that will target your waist/core from every single angle.
