I love this one! There are so many new moves here that are kick butt! The One Arm Burpee & the Man Makers…what the heck!! Melissa is an inspiration, she lives close to where I am located, I’m reaching out to her to see if she will put together a special routine for all of you Eat Fit Fuel die-hards!
