Target: Inner Thighs!

Moving on to another leg angle: target, inner thighs. These moves will raise your body temperature almost immediately. Think about where you are working: groin, upper legs and remember your core. When bouncing land lightly and press up through your thighs. This is a low-ish impact routine, so if you have lower back or knee problems keep the jumps/bouncing very low or remove it all together. You can still have all the benefits by simply slowing down the move.
