Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
  2. 1/4 cup goji berries
  3. 1/4 cup chia seeds
  4. 1/4 cup buckwheat flakes
  5. 1/4 cup vanilla pea protein powder (or another veggie powder or casein protein pow)
  6. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  7. 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients and mix them in a tupperware. Shake that stuff up and spoon out a serving. Add milk (or whatever substitute you love) and ENJOY!

  3. 15.8g carbs (out of which 6g is fiber!)
