Ingredients
  1. 1 3/4 Cup whey Protein Powder
  2. 1/3 Cup melted coconut oil
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 2.5 medium ripe bananas - mushed up
  5. 1/4 Coconut Milk
  6. 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  7. 1/2 Cup honey
  8. 1 Teaspoon Madagascan vanilla extract
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon ground sea salt
  10. 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  11. 1/2 Cup roughly chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a bread baking tin and cook. Bake in a breakdown at 160 C (320 F) until your knife comes out clean and munch!
Notes
  1. Keep checking every now and then once it's in the oven. As soon as a fork (or knife) comes out clean, then the bread is done. Don't worry too much about timings, just the look and taste.
