Want a tight and taut tush? Here is a workout devised from celebrity fitness trainers that work with the Victoria’s Secret models. I am not looking to be that thin personally, however, they are toned in the bum region which interests me. I’ve said it before, the Bulgarian Split Squats are the way to go. A tip when performing this move. The leg that is propped behind you, think of driving that knee to the floor and really feeling your hip open up. You will know when you in the right spot. From there drive up using the glutes on your standing leg. This is what will help to tone your tush! Have fun!

Do each of these runway butt exercises for 10 reps on each side, and do 3 circuits to get that Victoria’s Secret angel butt!
1) Bulgarian Split Squat — 10 per side
2) Curtsy Lunge — 10 per side
3) Plie Squat with Side Kick — 10 reps
