Shapely toned calves are enviable. These are going to burn, so be prepared. Rarely do workouts target the calves specifically, we spend a lot more time focusing on abs, triceps and other bigger lower body muscle groups. If you are looking to tone your entire body, there is no reason to not focus on the calves. They are smaller muscles, so they will burn out quickly, similar to your triceps when your workout is focus on them.
This routine is strength focus, with a nice bit of cardio. You will get your heart rate up while building and toning at the same time.

3 Times Through 10 of Each Move :: Calf Raises + Pulses
3 Times Through 10 of Each Move :: Seated Calf Raise with Weights
2 Times Through 10 of Each Move :: Hops + Skater Hops
1 Minute :: Squat to Calf Raise
