Grab a heavier weight. You want to maximize and build today. You will be doing a shorter amount of total moves, which combined with the heavy weight will really work the muscle group you are targeting. This is all about toning. Never be afraid of using big weights! You are stronger than you think. Give it a try, grab those 12 or 15 pounders. See! Keep it up and watch your body transform.
Do each of these moves for 8 reps before moving on to the next exercise. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds if you are more advanced try for 3-4 total rounds

3) Bentover Rows Into Rear Delt
4) Dumbbell Side to Side Toss
5) Diamond Push-Ups
