The best workouts are ones that you can do anywhere. This is a perfect example, because I always have resistance bands with me. I have a bag of bands, two sets of dumbbells, a jump rope and a yoga mat in my car at all times. Being prepared is the key to success in most things in life!
This do anywhere routine contains 5 exercises that are very effective for helping you to get a great butt and thigh burn.
Aim for 10-15 reps of each of the exercises before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner try to do 1-2 rounds, if you are more advanced you can shoot for 3-4 rounds. Push yourself. You don’t always have to think of yourself as a beginner – do more, work harder, surprise yourself. Change the image you have of yourself in your mind, and do it today.

4) Side Raise & Lower
5) Band Calf Raise
