Better Your Burger with Bison!

So, here we are, on our fitness journey, watching our diet, exercising, and avoiding those cravings for fast food restaurants. However, just because you are watching your weight or trying to lean up does NOT mean you need to starve or deprive yourself of some deliciousness. This Bison Burger recipe is the perfect example. The other day, I was absolutely dying for a burger but your tradition hamburger meat is extremely fatty and don’t even get me started on cheese. Then, I came across healthy and organic bison mince and discovered, as Aladdin would say, a whole new world… not to mention a delicious healthy way to get in a burger every now and then! Try this and see what you’ve been missing!
