I ♡ Oatmeal.

We love oatmeal and nothing tops it as the perfect start to your morning. The stuff is bursting with fiber and heart-healthy nutrients, plus it may help ward off diabetes and high blood pressure.

And oats are only growing in popularity. More than half of all breakfast eaters choose oatmeal and there are now 225% more oatmeal offerings in coffee shops than three years ago.

Watch the video to learn more about the different types of oatmeal, the benefits of each and how to cook them.
