Want lean legs? You can tone your inner thighs with these wide squats. This classic exercise is good to work those inner thighs and help you to look great in any outfit.
How to: Wide Squats with Weight
Step 1:
Take a weight that suits you and hold it in front of you near to your body, shoulders, back and abs tight. Place your feet wider than shoulder-width so that you feel your inner thighs kick in.
Step 2:
Bend your knees into a squat – keeping your upper body straight.
Step 3:
When your thighs are parallel to the ground, hold for a second (or two!) and come back up to the starting place.
Repeat.
MODIFICATION:
If needed, you can change this exercise by performing them without the extra weight.
