Just One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

This might not be a new recipe, but this faux banana ice cream is a great treat for a hot day like today!

And it’s so easy even a child could do it – literally! And since it’s only made from bananas, it’s a healthy treat to eat anytime. Plus, it’s kind of amazing, when you drop frozen bananas into a food processor, suddenly, out of nowhere, the fruit turns into ice cream. It’s like magic!

If you haven’t tried it yet, what better time then this weekend to try something new and delicious? That’s the basic recipe above, but here’s a few ideas to sweeten the deal (for a few extra calories).
