This is a twist on a well known favorite – The BLT! Pasta salad is super easy to make and it is perfect for any sort of occasion. I suspect this recipe would be a hit for Summer time picnics and parties. Let us know what you think!
BLT PASTA SALAD
Weight Watchers Points: 3 points per 1 cup
Serving size: 6
Carbohydrates: 9.6 g
Fiber: 2.1 g
Protein: 2.5 g
3⅔ cup whole grain shells pasta, cooked
4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked crsip and crumbled
4 cups romaine, chopped
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp cider vinegar
⅓ cup nf greek yogurt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
In a large bowl, mix pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, yogurt, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and serve.
