The few times I have done a mat Pilates class – I have been in so much pain, good pain, the next day, that I promise I will continue and take more Pilates. Well, truth be told that has not happened yet. I’m definitely going to start next week – expanding my workouts – and add in more of these type of workouts along with yoga.
