It’s back to business everybody! We hope you had a great holiday and enjoyed every moment, morsel and treat you indulged in. It’s Monday, and you know what that means. Well for us, it means hitting our workouts hard and getting back on point with our food. So here is a workout to end all workouts. You may have to do this in two parts – is about 90 minutes total – HIIT, full body, core, you name its in here. Put on your heart rate monitor, and post your total calories – we will do the same!
