If you’re like me, I want my legs to be rocking when I wear shorts. No they are not Hot Pants, they are jean shorts that are on the shorter side. I want to have toned quads and firm hamstrings! This 10 minute blast definitely gets me going – and I really can see the results after having done this for a few weeks.
