I love the healthy take on fried foods. Baking items with a crispy crust gives you all the crunch and flavor eliminating all of the usual fatty fried components. I like to do shrimp, chicken and even tofu with this method. This sounds great especially with cabbage slaw – so refreshing, crunchy and healthy. Yum! Enjoy.
