Be prepared. It’s as simple as that. If you are not prepared anything at all can happen, especially if you have a row of food trucks outside or your co-workers invite you to order pizza with them. Make a sandwich, and bring the condiments with you – or put the tomato and lettuce in a separate container to avoid soggy bread or tortilla. What about making a Mason Jar Sa

2. Prep Your Workouteasy-workout-motivation-tip
Get ready for you morning workout tonight. Lay out your gym clothes, and pack your bag. Outfit for work, toiletries, don’t forget your shoes for work (done that too many times to count). Remember to pack you earbuds, a towel, and grab your water bottle. This not only saves time in the morning, it will start to guarantee you get your workout in! There is no better way to start the day than by getting your body moving and your endorphins kicking. Incorporating this routine into your daily life helps build working out as a habit, and a good one at that!

3. Kitchen Prep
Chop chop away. Pull out all those beautiful vegetables that you bought on Sunday and prep them for lunches, and snacks through the week why not for dinners too? We also make Homemade Hummus, a great addition to any meal or snack. Lentils are another awesome make ahead component that can be added to salads, or as a side dish with your dinner. The kitchen prep is to keep you busy and also prepared for the upcoming dinners you will be having this week.

What is your go to breakfast? You are eating breakfast, right? It is literally the way to get your metabolism firing for the rest of the day. Think of eating as stoking the fire – you want to have food in there to keep things burning away. You will want to eat breakfast so you can refuel after your awesome workout you did too! Pre making Egg White Muffins, is super simple and they are great to take on the go if you are going to be eating at work! You could also make the perfect Hard Cooked Eggs! Not an egg fan, you can prep your smoothie the night before by putting all the ingredients – not the wet ones – into a plastic bag and freeze them. Then all you have to do is pop the frozen items into your blender!
