Triceps. We all want them toned. One question though, why wait until January to get arms ready for tank season?
Personally, my motto is “do it now”! Why wait when what you want are toned triceps all-the-time?
I love Autumn Calabrese. She’s got a no-nonsense approach to fitness and when she is teaching she gets it done.
Here we have 7 different tricep moves for you! You are going to be doing 15 reps of each move and repeating it twice – I say go for three times if you can – why not, that’s what Autumn would do! You will need dumbbells, a resistance band and a bench if you have it. Here’s the workout summary:
- Tricep Dip
- Skull Crusher
- Tricep Extension
- Tricep Kickback
- Resistance Pull
- Narrow Grip Chest Press
- Tricep Pushup
