Here is a fun sculpt workout for all levels. If you are more advanced grab heavier weights. In 15 minutes you are going to be doing 15 moves, for 1 minute each. You will need a mat and a light set of weights. This is a full body workout. You will hit all of your target areas: shoulders, triceps, abs, thighs and glutes. Be sure to listen to Julia’s cue’s. She is right with you the entire time and is very thorough with describing the exact body movement for maximum results. Enjoy!
