Fiber, fiber, fiber. A great way to kick up your metabolism is to eat whole grains, because of their mix of complex carbs and fiber.

Hot peppers:spicy-peppers-metabolism

Curb cravings and kick up you metabolism with hot peppers. They are loaded with capsaicin which give the peppers that “kick” when you feel when it turns up the heat in your body!

Coffee:

You can stimulate your central nervous system with the caffeine found in coffee. Did you know that a cup in the morning can ramp up your metabolism by 5-8 percent?

Vinegar:

Looking to burn more fat? Well head over to your salad dressing section of the kitchen! Studies have shown that vinegar and the acids in it encourage your body to break down fat. Vinegar has other positive health properties too, one being managing your sugar levels from rising after eating simple carbs.

Spices:7-spices-for-your-health

A super simple way to boost your engine is to use spices. Cinnamon and turmeric are two that ramp up your body temperature, which boosts your fat burning!
