Rolling Abs? Yes Ma’am.

Looking to add a new version of abs to your repertoire? This is a brand new one for me too! Rolling Super Girl Abs. Grab your yoga mat and get started.

You are going to start on your back – this move engages your entire core along with your back. Raise your feet slightly off the ground, arms go above your head parallel to the floor. Be sure to keep your low back pressed into the mat. Now roll to the other side, when on your back again, add in a crunch. Now extend back down to your starting position, legs extended, feet slightly off the ground, arms extended above your head, entire core engaged, and roll on back! Repeat this 10-15 times! Super Hero Abs are right around the corner after this one!
